Privacy Policy

The following Privacy Policy sets out rules for storing and accessing data on Customers’ Devices using the Online Store for the purpose of providing services in electronic form by the Service Provider, as well as the rules for collection and processing of personal data of Customers which were provided by them personally and voluntarily through the tools available in the Online Store.

The following Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Online Store Terms and Conditions that defines the rules, rights and obligations of the Customers using the Online Store.

Processingmeans an operation or set of operations performed on Personal data or sets of Personal data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, recording, organizing, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, downloading, viewing, using, disclosing by sending, disseminating or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction

Anonymizationthis is an irreversible data processing process that destroys / overwrites Personal Data, making it impossible to identify or link this record to a specific Customer

§2. Data Protection Inspector

In accordance with Article 37 of the GDPR, the Service Provider does not meet the conditions requiring the appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Therefore, no DPO has been appointed at this time.

In matters relating to data processing, including Personal data, you should contact the Service Provider directly (e.g., via the contact form, e-mail, or any other channel indicated in this Privacy Policy).

§3. Types of Cookie Files

Internal Cookiesfiles placed and read from the Customer’s Device by the ICT system of the Online Store

External Cookiesfiles placed and read from the Customer’s Device by the ICT systems of the External Services. Scripts of the External Services that can place Cookies on the Customer’s Devices were deliberately placed in the Online Store using scripts and services available and installed in the Online Store

Session Cookiesfiles placed and read from the Customer’s Device by the Online Store during one session of this Device. After the end of the session, Cookies are deleted

Persistent Cookiesfiles placed and read from the Customer’s Device by the Online Store until they are manually deleted. Cookies are not automatically deleted after the end of the Device session, unless the Customer’s Device is configured to delete Cookies after the end of the Device session

Cookie consent mechanismThe Online Store provides a cookie consent popup, allowing Customers to choose whether to accept all cookies or reject non-essential cookies. Essential cookies are those strictly necessary for the operation of the Online Store (e.g., session maintenance, security). By selecting 'Accept All,' the Customer consents to the storage of all cookies, including analytics and marketing cookies. By selecting 'Reject Non-Essential,' the Customer allows only essential cookies. The Customer may also manually disable or delete cookies at any time via browser settings.

Please note that one of the internal cookies we use is 'isAuthenticated', which is a simple boolean value that indicates whether a given Customer is currently logged in. This cookie does not store any passwords or sensitive data, only an indicator for authentication status.

§4. Security of data storage

Mechanisms for storing and reading CookiesThe mechanisms for storing, reading and exchanging data between Cookies stored on the Customer’s Device and the Online Store are implemented through the built-in mechanisms of web browsers and do not allow downloading other data from the Customer’s Device or data from other websites visited by the Customer, including data or confidential information. It is also practically impossible to transfer viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the Customer’s Device

Internal CookiesCookies used by the Service Provider are safe for Customers’ Devices and do not contain scripts, content or information that may threaten the security of personal data or the security of the Device used by the Customer

External CookiesThe Service Provider takes all possible steps to check and select partners of the Online Store in the context of the security of the Customers. The Service Provider selects well-known, large partners with global social trust for cooperation. However, it does not have full control over the content of Cookies from external partners, the security of Cookies, their content and the licensed use of scripts installed in the Online Store coming from External Services. The Service Provider is not responsible to the extent permitted by law

Control Cookies

  • The Customer can at any time independently change the settings for storing, deleting and accessing data stored in Cookies for each website
  • Information on how to disable cookies in the most popular computer browsers is available atthis page
  • The Customer may at any time delete all Cookies stored so far using the tools of the Customer’s Device with which the Customer uses the services of the Online Store

Customer ThreatsThe Service Provider uses all possible technical measures to ensure the security of the data placed in Cookies. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the activity of the Customer. The Service Provider is not responsible for the interception of this data, impersonating a Customer session or deleting them, as a result of the Customer’s conscious or unconscious activity, viruses, Trojans and other spyware that may be or have been infected by the Customer’s Device. Against these threats, Customers must comply with the rules for the safe use of the Internet

Storage of personal dataThe Service Provider guarantees that it makes every effort to ensure that the processed personal data voluntarily entered by the Customers are secure, access to them is limited and carried out in accordance with their intended use and purposes of processing. The Service Provider also guarantees that it makes every effort to protect such data from loss by applying appropriate physical and organizational security measures

Password storageThe Service Provider declares that the passwords are stored in encrypted form using the latest standards and guidelines in this regard. Decrypting the account access passwords provided by the Online Store is practically impossible

The Administrator on the Website uses javascript scripts and web components of partners who can place their own cookies on the Customer’s Device. Services provided by third parties are beyond the Administrator's control. These entities may change their terms of service, privacy policy, the purpose of data processing and the ways of using cookies at any time. The use of Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel may involve transferring data outside the EU/EEA (e.g., to the United States). Please refer to the Privacy Policies of these services for details on data transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

Note: Only basic tracking is used to observe overall visits and regions; no large-scale or sensitive data is collected by the Service Provider in this context.

§7. Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data voluntarily provided by Customers is processed for one of the following purposes:

  • Introduction of electronic services - services for registration and maintenance of the Customer's account in the Online Store and related functions
  • Communication of the Service Provider with the Customers on issues related to the Online Store and data protection
  • Securing the legitimate interests of the Service Provider

Customer data collected anonymously and automatically is processed for one of the following purposes:

  • Maintaining statistics
  • Securing the legitimate interests of the Service Provider

The Online Store collects data about the Customers. Some of the data is collected automatically and anonymously, and some of the data is Personal data voluntarily provided by the Customers when subscribing to certain services offered by the Online Store.

  • Screen resolution
  • Approximate location
  • Subpages of the Online Store are open
  • Time spent on the corresponding subpage of the Online Store

  • Browser language

Data collected when placing an order:

Part of the data (without identifying data) may be stored in Cookies. Part of the data (without identifying data) may be transferred to the statistical service provider.

User account data stored in our database does not include passwords in plain text. We store only what is necessary (name, contact details, etc.) to provide our services.

§9. Access to personal data by third parties

As a rule, the only recipient of personal data provided by Customers is the Service Provider. Data collected as part of the services provided are not transferred or resold to third parties.

An exception may be the transfer of data to the delivery service to send products to the Customer.

§10. How personal data is processed

Personal data voluntarily provided by Customers:

  • Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union by the Service Provider, unless it has been published as a result of an individual action of the Customer (for example, entering a comment or entry), which will make the data available to every person visiting the Online Store. However, please note that the use of third-party scripts or services such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel may involve transfers of anonymized or pseudonymized data outside the EU/EEA.
  • Personal data will not be used for automated decision making
  • Personal data will not be sold to third parties

Anonymous data (without personal data) is collected automatically:

  • Anonymous data (without personal data) may be transferred outside the European Union (for example, in the context of analytics or marketing pixels).
  • Anonymous data (without personal data) will not be used for automated decision making

§11. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The Online Store collects and processes Customer data on the basis of:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46./EC (common provision on data protection)
    • Article 6(1)(a)the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes
    • Article 6(1)(b)processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract
    • Article 6(1)(f)processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Service Provider or a third party

§12. The period of personal data processing

Personal data voluntarily provided by Customers:

  • As a rule, the specified personal data is stored only for the period of provision of the service as part of the Online Store by the Service Provider. They are deleted or depersonalized within 30 days from the end of the provision of services (for example, deleting the registered Customer account, unsubscribing from the newsletter, etc.)
  • An exception is a situation that requires the legitimate purposes of further processing of this data by the Service Provider. In such a situation, the Service Provider will store the specified data from the moment the Customer requests their deletion, no longer than for a period of 3 years in case of violation or suspicion of violation by the Customer of the provisions of the rules of the Online Store

Anonymous statistical data that is not personal data is stored by the Service Provider in order to preserve the statistics of the Online Store for an indefinite period

§13. Rights of Customers related to the processing of Personal data

The Online Store collects and processes Customer data on the basis of:

  • Right to access personal dataCustomers have the right to access their Personal Data upon request submitted to the Service Provider
  • Right to correct personal dataCustomers have the right to request from the Service Provider the immediate correction of incorrect Personal Data and/or completion of incomplete Personal Data, carried out upon request submitted to the Service Provider
  • Right to erasure of Personal DataCustomers have the right to request from the Service Provider the immediate deletion of Personal Data, carried out upon request submitted to the Service Provider. In the case of Customer accounts, the deletion of data consists in anonymizing data that allows the identification of the Customer. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend the execution of the request for deletion of data in order to protect the legitimate interests of the Service Provider (for example, when the Customer violated the Rules or the data was obtained as a result of correspondence). In the case of the "Newsletter" service, the Customer has the option to delete his/her personal data by himself using the link in each e-mail sent.
  • Right to restrict the processing of Personal DataCustomers have the right to restrict the processing of Personal Data in the cases referred to in Article 18 of the GDPR, including questioning the correctness of Personal Data carried out upon request submitted to the Service Provider
  • Right to the transfer of Personal DataCustomers have the right to receive from the Service Provider Personal Data about the Customer in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, carried out upon request submitted to the Service Provider
  • Right to object to the processing of Personal DataCustomers have the right to object to the processing of their Personal Data in the cases referred to in Article 21 of the GDPR, implemented at the request submitted to the Service Provider
  • Right to file a complaintCustomers have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of Personal Data.

§15. Service Requirements

  • Restricting the storage and access to Cookies on the Customer’s Device may lead to incorrect operation of some functions of the Online Store.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for the incorrectly functioning functions of the Online Store if the Customer restricts in any way the ability to save and read Cookies.

§16. Changes to the Privacy Policy

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without the need to inform Customers about the use of anonymous data or the use of Cookies.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to make any changes to this Privacy Policy regarding the processing of Personal Data, of which it will inform Customers with Customer accounts or subscribed to the newsletter service by e-mail within 7 days of the change of records. Further use of the services means familiarization and acceptance of the changes to the Privacy Policy. If the Customer does not agree with the changes, he is obliged to delete his account from the Online Store.
  • Changes to the Privacy Policy will be published on this subpage of the Online Store
  • Changes will take effect from the moment they are published
